Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA): Annual Notice for Release of School Directory Information This document outlines what student information has been designated as 'School Directory Information' and may be shared by the district without prior written parental consent under certain circumstances. Parents may request their child(ren)'s directory information not be shared under any circumstances by completing the second page of the form and returning it to school. |
