It's almost time for the Elementary Giant Book Swap! Join Mrs. Campbell on Saturday, February 1st, from 9:00 - 12:00 in the Kingsland Cafe.
Here's how it works:
*Students may bring up to 10 books in gently used condition to swap
*Books must be Elementary Age Appropriate
*The day of the swap you will get a voucher for the books that you brought
*Vouchers will be turned in for "new to you" books
*It's prefered to have the books at school by January 27th, but you may bring books the day of the swap
*Look over the books that your child is bringing to school to see that they are suitable for someone in elementary school. No surprise donations please
*Teachers and volunteers will try to direct your child to books of appropriate reading levels and interests
*Your child will be choosing his/her own books
*Books available are what students bring to swap
*A swap is a bit like a yard sale; please keep your child's expectations modest
*Please bring books to Mrs. Campbell's room
